Irie my king. Ital is fresh natural plant food. Examples of food dat are vegan yet not ital: potato chips sold at most fast food outlets. Vinegar n salt is put in de chips. Vinegar n salt are not ital therefore those chips are not irie fo an italist but may be okay fo a general vegan. Salted roasted nuts are also sold in shops, those nuts are also not ital because of de salt put on dem but are vegan still. Normal bread from shops is vegan but not ital. Some vegans may take wine n soft drinks but an italist don't take those things since dey are not ital. Fermented plant food is vegan but not ital. All alcoholic drinks n fermented food are not ital. Baking powder, bicarbonate soda, vegetable soup n stock are some food ingredients suitable fo an ordinary vegan but not suitable for an italist. Most vegetable oil from shops is vegan but not ital e.t.c. Nuff examples, mi can't mention all. Bless my lord.

When jugo beans become softer mi put de cassava n let it boil vageda till cassava is soft, then put chilli n green pepper n ginger. Mix with spoon. Reduce fire n let it be a thick porridge. Eat with a leafy vegetable ital stew. Blessed love.

Why is fermented plant food not ital?

Does that go for fermented drinks too?

Greetings. Bro Nordman. Fermented drinks are not ital. Anything fermented is not ital. Like I said ital is fresh natural plant food (or drink). Once food ferment alcohol or acid is formed in it. I'v already said dat no alcoholic drink is ital. Even soft drinks are not ital. I don't know how its like in other parts of de world but in my area Nyahbinghi rastas are strict italist. I man lerned to trod ital livity from rastas. So its not something I'm making up. Blessed love.

Give thanks for reasoning.

It is some of the acids in fermented foods I have heard to be beneficial. That is the reason I am asking and since the I mentioned acids and the original question was " why" let me know what's wrong with it.

Some claim fermented drinks contain b12 for example. also some claim the acids helps the body produce it's own b12.
