Black Heart:

Can you provide a simple recipe to prepare when someone has a cold? I have had a cold for the past 4 days and it seems to be getting worse. And it's affecting my taste buds. Nothing tastes right. I have been eating a lot of fruit, which I normally do, but I'm still not getting much relief. I don't want to take any antibiotics.

Do you have some recipe I can try?

Ye Sista. Fo cold n flue I man usually use eucalyptus (gum) leaves, then there is a plant dat grows ina mi land which I don't know its english name. I mix de plant n gum tree leaves with ganja n boil den pour in a cup n sqeeze a lemon n drink. Anyway just get gum tree leaves n boil dem then put lemon n drink while hot like tea. U may need to add some little bit of canabis when boiling de gum leaves if u have pains. Blessed love.

Thank you for the recipe. Yes, I am having pain in my throat every time I swallow and my nose is running constantly. It's starting to get sore from wiping it so much. Will try to find those gum tree leaves. I live in USA so I probably will not be able to find ganga. Is there a substitute I could use for the ganga?

Anada method is to get leaves from all edable plants around your home area mix dem with eucalyptus leaves n a small peace of aloe leaf then boil dem n drink. Besides dat method one simplest way is to eat de peels of a fresh orange. If u do have an aloe plant in your area make good use of it. Just cut a small peace of de aloe leaf n lick its sap/jelly everytime u feel sick. Aloe is a natural immune booster. So de I can choose amongst de methods or all of dem. Let de sick be naurished n healed. Jah guidance n itection.

When I have a cold, I like to drink Green Tea, it has natural antioxidants in it. Celestial Seasonings is a good brand.

thanks for the suggestion. I'll try the green tea. It's easier for me to get than the gum tree leaves.

Thank you bredren for all these helpful suggestions. It was easiest to find the aloe, so I went with that. My throat no longer feels sore and my nose is much better this morning.

What to do to make the aloe taste better? It taste very bitter!

JaH Man, can I boil the ginga and make a tea, or I must eat it raw?
