giv thanks bro NordMan even fo dat info still. I man use mountain river water mostly dis days so I wonder if dat is different from de spring water in as far as B12 is concerned. I was wondering if its not possible for I n I to get de iledge of preparing de B12 n make it available to be supplemented in I n I meal just lile those fortified foods are prepared?

iyah know most of InI on here are older but iman is only 15 years old.It is hard to eat ital because if iyah goes out with friends or family they do NOT always cook fully ital. Sometimes they have pork or meat, or salt or so on. What can iyah eat as a younger man to still eat ital especially for breakfast and lunch at school? Iman has talked with another sister on here, but it always helps to have options. Blessed love! Chant down babylon!

Ises bro Nick. Take it easy, don't punish yo body by forcin it go against its own heart. De I haffe let it grow hearticaly so dat even de mind n body can easilly re
-adapt its natural vegetarian habit. U can start slowly. Bfore even thinkin deep abt ital livity, de I haffe know why personaly be vegetarian? Do u realy feel de need n desire to vegetarian life? Do u realy love n feel vegetarian life. Rmember u doin it fo yoself so eliminates excuses n complaint fo dis is between u n yo creator.

If u realy don't feel vegetarian then u can deal away with it like some Rasta do n wait fo de right iwa to come when de I realy feel de need to change diet. Maybe de I can start by minimising flesh n other animal products in diet once de iwa has come. Rmember not every Rasta is vegetarian n not every vegetarian is Rasta so watch yo steps, know yo way n wht u doin, don't just follow people, follow good.

shalom it may be worth taking a look at kafir - this can be made with coconut water, water, or milk and is said to be high in B12

I am sitting awake in St Lucia 3am, surrounded by herbs & leaves, for more cooking tomorrow, I had the pleasure to meet with Hon Priest Kailash Leonce. My daughter had surgery to remove her appendix, and I want to make her well so we can return to UK - I shall be bringing back lots of leaves etc., the island is a medicine cabinet, the creation of Yahweh never ceases to humble and amaze me, I give thanks for life. Dear all,

Here are a staple Ital recipe of mine. All of the ingridients are highly purifying, and although it may seem very strong (a lot of raw garlic),diarrhoea should only result if there is waste matter to get rid of (all of this is food the way JAH originally made it); if your body is not completely pure then this will have a dramatic purifying effect. I eat this as a staple; if anyone is used to the Babylon poisons then they should gradually introduce this as otherwise the effect can be rather dramatic (from personal experience from cooking for others!!)

Ingridients

Enough to coat bottom of bowl extra virgin olive oil or Cannabis oil

3 or 4 cloves raw Garlic, chopped

generous amount of raw ginger (perhaps 4cm off the knob)

1 tablespoon turmeric

teaspoon ground black pepper (I always eat turmeric WITH black pepper because it increases absorption)

A few chopped raw chillies

A bunch of chopped raw spinach.

1 tin of chickpeas

A handful or more of barley

1 avocado

Instructions; beauty is in the simplicity of the ingridients as JAH made these in their divine form. They do not need altering.

Put oil in bottom of bowl, and mix in the powdered spices (turmeric and black pepper) and Garlic and Ginger. Chop raw chillies and add. Chop raw spinach and add. Add washed chickpeas. Cook barley in a pan of water for around 30 minutes (check on it). Strain it (keep the water as barley water is really good to drink) and wait to cool down, so as not to cook the other ingridients. Add barley once cold. Chop and add avocado.

Breakfast porridge

Ingridients

Oats
Powdered Cinnamon
Cocoa nibs
Goji berries
Cannabis seeds
Nuts of your choice (I like peanuts)
Any fresh fruit (I like blueberries and kiwi)
Honey (ensure it is a NATURAL brand; many are filtered and are not required to say so)

Blend all in bowl in the proportions you want!

I thought I would share these because for me they are everyday staples and I would love to help someone looking for what to eat. These can be readily relied upon.

Just wondering also, why does the I eat tin chickpea?
