Ripe chilli pepper has its own special natural antioxidancts besides vit C. Herbs like aloe are also rich in different antioxidants. Tea has antioxidants dat fight agaist bad breath. Lycopene in ripe tomatoes fights against cancer. Remember dat some antioxidants are easily lost by heating food so de best way to get some of dem is by eating raw (uncooked) ital. E.g. Vit C is plenty in uncooked red pepper than cooked one. In fruits antioxidents are higher in ripe fruits than unripe fruits e.g. more vit C in red pepper than in green pepper.
