Fasting when Ill im sure isgood for the body and can help cure you faster due to your organs not breaking down food, (using up energy). just drink water

Black heart how long should I boil the Ganga wid de eucalyptus leaves and how much water should I use?
Just put dem in cold water turn the heat to high until it begins to boil? Den take it out?

Yes I. Just like u seh. Let it boil until de eucalyptus smell fills de room (several minutes of constant boilin of eucalyptus+ganja+aloe). De amount of water depends on de amount of eucalyptus leaves. Just try to make de eucalyptus to be as strong as posible. De amount of ganja u put depends on de amount of water. Just put ganja dat will enable u to drink a full cup of de herbal drink without bein overdozed with de ganja yet still givin u de pleasant normal ganja effects. If u'v boiled ganja before then u might know how much ganja to put. De aloe leaf to put should not be too big. Blessed love.

Fasting when u ill is not helpful but harmful according to I man personal overstanding. Many people's illness is usually worsoned n made to last longer by insuficient or not eating. When u sick u need to nourish yo body with all de essential nutrients n plenty of anti-oxidents to enable yo immune system to overcome de disease. Besides some of de herbs u may be usin fo de sickness like ganja need to be balanced with a good ital meal. So fasting while sick is like tryin to comit suicide. ''Let de hungry be fed n de sick be nourished''. One perfect love.

Irie sista. Ital. Different types of ital food have different quantity n types of anti-oxidents. Amongst natural antioxidents is vitamins A, C, E, lycopene e,t,c. Ital food rich in vit A are yellow n orange food like carrots, pumkin, paw paw e.t.c Rich in vit C include fresh guava, citrus fruits, red pepper e.t.c. Rich in vit E include sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, groundnuts, avocado e,t,c. Rich in lycopene include ripe tomatoes e,t,c. Just try to get all de different colours of fruits n vegetables to get de diffent types of antioxident. E.g black n red fruits like blue n black berries n red grapes have special natural antioxidents dat fight against heart diseases like stroke. Ripe chilli pepper has its own special natural antioxidancts besides vit C. Herbs like aloe are also rich in different antioxidants. Tea has antioxidants dat fight agaist bad breath. Lycopene in ripe tomatoes fights against cancer. Remember dat some antioxidants are easily lost by heating food so de best way to get some of dem is by eating raw (uncooked) ital. E.g. Vit C is plenty in uncooked red pepper than cooked one. In fruits antioxidents are higher in ripe fruits than unripe fruits e.g. more vit C in red pepper than in green pepper. If u smoke u need more antioxidants to counteract de effects of smoke oxidants. So its irie to have an orange or any fresh fruit after sipin yo beloved cup of salvation with fellow rastas. Jah Liveth! Some times it is good to fast depending on the illness. For instance in flu fasting helps I to ovacum it faster as it eliminates the toxins in yr body with the excess of water.
