Ras93, not sure what the question is, if you dont eat meat you never missed anything the cow ate? What is it you think isnt available outside a carcass?

Blessed love Ras93,

Protein: veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts and grains all have protein (broccoli alone offers 5g per serving.)

Vitamin b12: Comes form microorganisms found in soil. Best way for vegetarians to get b12 is nutritional yeast and foods fortified with b12.

Fat: coconut(oil, milk), avacado, plant oils, seeds, nuts.

Hope this helps the I. If you look up "vegan diets for athletes" there is much knowledge offered on vegan nutrition. There is more nutrition (vitamins and minerals) in plants.

More love and life,
Iyah Oats

Give thanks to JAH for an ital liveit fulfilling all the needs of the body.
Not only do grains, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables contain all essential nutrients and vitamins, they also promote an alkaline pH in the blood.
Quinoa is one if the great gifts from JAH, containing all amino acids needed to create a whole protein inside I&I bodies.
