Muta doesnt say that about all rice he eat wild rice..... wild rice ok.

The rice argument is the fact that the shell / capsule around the rice grain contains PHYTATE. Seen? Now brown rice has a fair amount of mineral and vitamins but the phytate acts as an inhibitor to the absorbtion of these things. ..... brown rice contains phytate which prevents you from absorbing all of the nutrient. ... exactlt how much nutrient is blocked is questionable....

White rice is white because them remove the phytate shell so no problem as mentioned above. But because them remove the shell..... white rice has little to no nutrient whatsoever. If you eat pure white rice you will become.malnourished very quickly.

The best option: try and use wild rice. Otherwise alternate your rice, dont just use one type all the time. And the main point is rice is not a solo food. ..
For the reasons mentioned, rice should always be eaten with an abundance of nutrients (to counter the phytate of thr brown rice and under nutritional value of the white rice). And like most ital or vegan food - dont eat rice all of the time. Too much of anytbing is a bad thing.

Thats the only argument I have for rice. I dont trust doctor sebi completely alot of what he says is good, other things are his opinion and not scientific

As for beans your body can't fully disgest them as they are legumes. And why some people say they arent good. I honestly think there is an argument as to why any and every food is bad for you.

The added value of beans is the slow release energy (like rice) amd the abundance of protein they offer. Im talking kidney beans etc (not baked - bun them!)

I also think theres far more important things to burn out before we start on the rice and beans. Like the meat eating, added salt, the cancerous proteins in cow milk and dairy product, lack of fruit and veg.....

Not sure about sebi priorities

Give Thanks Iyah, fatrue depend on ones source any and every food bad or good, yes Sebi burn bukoo foods. Far as I know Afrcans been cultivating rice 100s mayb 1000s of years and was reason for been taking to d west cuz dey knowledge of rice. D I got any sight on Black rice, hear say it a whole lot better rice?

Tea time ina de hills where I dwel @ de moment: ingredients: several wild strowbery leaves, mint leaves, lemon tree leaves, 2 garlic plant leaves n a handfull of red chilli. Bcareful to avoid bein hurt by de thorns on lemon n strowbery leaves, break all de leaves into small peaces n cut de chilli into small peaces also. mix all de ingreadients into a small pot wit clean water n put on fire. let it heat up till it boil for a minute. Enjoy. Dis is medicinal n can also be used as ital mouthwash

Lovely. Not quite the same but I had fresh nettle tea the other day, picking the young new tops from plants well away from roads, then steeping in boiling water. Quite an earthy taste and very nutritous. Good for women becasue of the iron content too.

Phytates and other enzyme prohibitors are there to protect the rice, and also all cereals, nuts and seeds....
These can be soaked befor preparing, germenated and sprouted changed the whole structure of the grain, seed and nut that its more easily digested , obsorbed, and many of the vitamins multiply,
Look up on it, try it out, its a food that's growing and vital sure to make Iya vital, sprouted nuts and seeds make excellent milks and rice and beans are better cooked after soaking and germenating and even starting to sprout......
Soaked nuts and germenated sprouted seeds have so many uses, from dips, ,smoothies, meat subsitutes, sauces, cheese substitutes, pies crusts, crackers......just look up raw food recipes, I personally feel best on all raw food
