It is natural fo a baby to take milk from his mother. As far as ital livity is concerned milk is only fo babies. Even dat milk I man talk about its not milk from other animals but from de baby's muma. De milk from de cow is only fo her calf n from de goat is only fo her kid not fo man. So I n I don't nyam neither milk nor any animal product. Salt is not a plant food but it is just a mineral rock, therefore it is not a natural food or flovourant. So salt is not ital. Most cooking oil is not ital because of de chemical solvents used to extract dem from plants. Oil dat is ital is oil dat has been only physicaly extracted from plants. Thus ital oil is natural plant oil dat is free of any chemical. Ital is vital. Yes I.

I man seh don't confuse ital with de bible n nazerite vow because they are not de same thing. So bible fanatics like u should not belittle de integrity of ital livity with de bible. Ital came before de bible n de nazerite vow so u can't seh ital is from de bible. Just because salt is not forbiden in de bible doesn't make it ital. I won't talk about whats allowed n forbiden by Jah because I aint got no intention of judging no one. I man know not every rasta is an italist but those who are not on ital should not try n discredit de essence of ital diet. Even in de bible it is writen in Romans 14 verse 3 dat him who eateth should not despise him dat eateth not n him which eateth not should not judge him dat eateth. Ital is natural. Ital is vital. Yet you said you have no intention to judge anyone?

So you mean a person can not eat ital right from the time of birth?
Because you said milk ain't ital at all!

A person can be a Nazarite right from their time of birth, like Samuel, seen?

So tell me the age at which a person can become an italist?
Does a person has to wait until 30years of age inorder for them to eat ital?

And most important, how does eating ital only bring you closer to God?

If this ital lifestyle is different from the Nazarite vow, and it has nothing to do with the Scriptures,
and has no help in drawing a person closer to God,
Then fire burns the ital thing!

Needless to become an italist if it does not help a person to become closer to Jah!
Can a person find their way into Zion just because they don't eat salt, nor drink milk?

How positive is it for someone to confine themself to only plants,
yet Jah gave us the domestic animals to improve our living conditions?

U start ital as soon as u start eating hard food besides your mother's milk. When a baby stops taking its mother's milk then he will have ital only fo food. De I loves de bible so much dat u refer to whatever u read in there to be from God. Also de fact dat de I seems to think life revolves around whats described in de bible means de I is a fanatic of de book. When I seh u are a fanatic of something I simply mean u love it too much. Brother. Ital livity brings u closer to Jah because an italist avoid abusing any animal. An italist take food dat is natural n vital to de body. Milk is fo babies. I n I raspect de creator dats why I n I don't rob no animals of dem milk. It is natural fo a calf to drink milk from her mother but it is not natural when human drink de cow's milk.
