Ises Iyah, give thanks Empress for that article.
Iwombman was reading recently about the toxic buildup of vitamin B because of supplements! Iwombman will Itinue to stay away from those, but I am glad that Iman has attained better health through that avenue.
Iwombman talk to the I Ras Andrew about it today, and the I said that the same bacteria will actually grow in Iyah mouth overnight. So Iyah should swish water and then swallow the water in the morning, before brushing teeth, then Iyah will swallow the bacteria.
Iman said that a doctor friend mentioned this to the I two decades ago, and Iman follow the recommendation. Iman eat mostly raw foods, all vegan, and in two decades Iman never have any of those symptoms of B-12 deficiency. So the advice seems to be true.
Itinual Ises JAH for natural nutrition. More vitality and bless-sings Ones and Ones of Iration.

Ises I, Iwombman meant "swish" water, as in, hold some water in the mouth and move it around vigorously. And then swallow the water.

Just like the cow's extra stomach grow the bacteria overnight for B-12, so will a human's mouth grow the bacteria overnight, as the doctor explained it. So I&I just have to try to swallow the bacteria.
This makes sense to Iyah because, how else does the gorilla get B-12? Gorillas don't have extra stomach and also eat entirely plant foods.

One love I&I, Itinual bless-sings.

Thanks for that Jahchild, there is a couple of pieces on something like this to be found online. Still unsure about the benefit of swishing specifically but is something to research. Gorilla would get his from insects, soil, etc. OneLove.

Blessings JahChild, I just googled.

https://www.google.co.uk/#q=vitamin%20b12%20in%20bacteria%20in%20mouth

Came out with some articles of interest, I havent come to a definate conclusion yet! I think the time to use caution would be during pregnancy and with young children. I am lifelong vegetarian but have been vegan less than 2 years. One article suggests eating organic root veg and not peeling, so any blemishes from the soil remain intact and carry the bacteria. Other articles suggest B12 is reabsorbed within the system.

Jah Guide.

Springwater is supposed to hold some b12 too. I read it in a well referenced book that dealt with "right and wrongs" , what is myth and what isn't sort of thing regarding vegan food.

In springs, by the tap, and in strams, water will take up some b12 from a natural reaction.

However the author in this book also said that it is very difficult to know what the deal with b12 really is. Some research say this and others that but the water theory she held to be the most likely true and also relativly easy to uphold in livity.

Spring water is nice too got that special feeling with it so I feel it can't be very far of the truth.
