Just because you aren't familiar, doesn't make it not true.
I was actually ignoring the rudness of some comments made rather than explain myself. The simple fact that you would question the validity of my statment should tell you something.
As for the details, you'd have to ask her, I'm not a priest, she is (and has been for years). I can tell you that she can conduct weddings, funerals and christenings legally. In fact she married my brother and his wife, as well as quite a few other couples, and one day, hopefully, she will precide over my ceremony as well.
