Well when you say that, - what do you mean specific? I don't know what country you live in, but in most westeren cities you will find rastas to reggae and dancehall events. There is always a small jamaican/african community with rastas too in the underground. You just have to search for the reggae bashes InI would suggest

And if you wa fi get rasta teaching for a preacher you can maybe talk with some of the rastas if they know any preaching inna di city or something like that
