This is a great video on how to grow a food forest, very good information and guidance. Geoff Lawton starts it on the classroom setting for the first 23 minutes or so, then he takes it to the field and shows how to start a food forest, when and what to plant (to best copy the way a forest grows) and he shows how the food forest grows and developes from day 1 to a few years to 7 years and what a food forest looks like when it is left untouched by humans for about a decade.
