But it didn't state foreign private investors. It's glorious to see someone embracing the philosophy of the King and utilizing love to overcome the division in the country. His Imperial Majesty knew Ethiopia was in too much of a rush for modernization and it would've been their downfall had the King of Kings flooded Ethiopia with changes and reforms towards modernization all at once. His Majesty knew this process of building the Kingdom of Jah would and should be slow and meticulous. His Majesty has planted and watered Jah's seeds of modernization and righteousness.
