You have ones like Alborosie who in a recent reggaeville interview say he move to Jamaica to learn about the music and the culture. He skipped mentioning how he nows profits from the music and the culture to make a living off of it. Hybridisation and appropriation / PIRACY at its best. Henry Morgan come again

completely disagree and reject. Also, when it comes to Alborosie, it is obvious that he would profit as an extremely successful reggae artist who has spread the message of Rastafari throughout the world. But, as already said, this topic had been pointlessly repeated over and over again but to no avail.Let's talk about things we can actually do to help InI instead of trivial things that help no one!

yes, i am white. what exactly has he pirated? and i am defending a very successful rastafarian reggae artist helping to spread our message, regardless of the color of his skin. Just one of many !

I should have known..Rastafari is not his/white people culture, and he is a WHITE man making money off a BLACK subculture. What is there not to understand? If that is not stealing I don't know what is.
