I have a question,
Do you need to have dreadlocks to be rasta?

Haha! Excellent tef.
Rasta comes from the I's heart, not his hair. I have met many bredren that have locks and don't even know that Ras Tafari is a person. All things must have starting point, so the best place would be your heart. Ever seen a flower grow back into a seed? Of coarse not. It starts inside and grows outwardly, just like InI.

In the Jamaican movement in RastafarI many had dreadlocks, if you read on the history other reasons point to this other than passages from the Bible, this is why so many still have dreadlocks.
