I&I favorite physical exercise is running or walking, I love both.. Used to be a daily swimmer but it was causing inner ear issues, not everyone has that tho so for those who can swim, it's a great whole body exercise.
Yoga (yoka, yankha) is a full Livity exercise and includes physical exercises.. some favorites:
