Why do some Rastas reject the Bible since our belief of the Holy lineage and prophecy of H.I.M come from the Bible and Revelations? Give thanks.

Dem wha used the bible as inspiration to fight slavery more often than not it was all they had or all they knew of a god or were brainwashed to belief the African way was devilish All dem that used the bible to fight were supressed, All the successful resistance that established freedom were thru African derived systems. (Jamaica, Haiti, Suriname)!

^^Yeah I agree with the bredda up until him saying the Bible used to free InI. It was used to enslave InI. It was also used as a MASK to hide the revolution we were planning for our liberation (example hymns being code for the railroad escape routes) but this wasnt because OF the bible or any wisdom within it. Dem people mentioned I am confident would have been just as effective and revolutionary with or without dat book!!!!!
