I fixed the issue. It shouldn't happen again.
One day when I have time I will modernize this website to adjust itself to look better on mobile phones. When I originally made the website in 2002, I had to make sure it was compatible for older web browsers that didn't have CSS style capability and might have Javascript turned off, so it will be a big job to modernize it, and I don't have time right now to do that.
I will try hopefully sooner than later to at least make the forum more compatible for phones, and deal with the rest of the website at some later date.
