Murder in the bible

Now I see some who call Samson, David, etc (and all righteous killers in the bible) murderous and not Jah inspired(wicked), Iman would like to ask a question, since Selassie I is the Almighty, should I&I consider Him a wicked man (i.e murderer) since he also slew men? The bible calls Him Upright and True.
