has InI used coconut oil as lotion? Iyah has used it and I hands and face are very soft! leaves iman body feeling natural and healthy!

For Iwombman, hemp oil or flax oil works absolute best!! Both are high in protein. Coconut leaves I&I skin greasy and then rubs off, leaving it dry again. The flax/hemp seems to soak the skin better.
Also, African Black soap from pure palm & palm kernel oils, cleanses hair&skin without leaving it dry. One blessed love Ras Nick, Iwombman read the I email recently and will reply soon, as allways.

I know plenty people use the coconut in hair or on skin though! Not sure why it does not work well for I.
Avocado also works well for Iwombman!

Blessed love, Iyah has never used the other oils that Iwombman suggested. Iyah will hopefully try them soon! The coconut oil works great on iyah hair too! Iman has used the African black soap as well with great outcomes. Take as much time as needed for the email, no rush.

This man is 114 years old and doesn't have a wrinkle. He says that he anoints his skin with olive oil every day after getting out of the shower; this is when the pores are open. His tag line is "rub rub rub"; he say that you must rub the olive oil into the skin in order for it to be left clean. It leaves the skin beautifully soft. I have tried it. Its really good. I'm pretty sure that it says in the bible that if a person is in sickeness "anoint them with olive oil".

Its really good stuff! I also use hemp oil for the skin. This is also amazing stuff.

Please remember people with darker skin generally shbow less signs of ageing that lighter skin people.

Olive oil is a good choice still, as it contains vitamin A. Hemp oil contains more vitamin C, both building blocks of collagen. Loss of collagen = loss of skin elasticity = wrinkles.
