I saw that before I made the post. Other sources like the one on wiki put the date of the red on top back much further. But regardless of source, we are in agreement that the flag used for the Reign (or heavy majority) was the flag with green on top. And his majesty never changed FROM this. It is what it is

Pan African/ black liberation flag has red on the top so why not rasta,considering the 2 movements are in many ways one and the same, maybe the something the I could iditate on.
