Iman would not recommend sun gazing because looking too long in the sun can harm the I's sensitive eyes.

Ras Raza, This is differs from one person to another. Some people can look straight at the sun and not be harmed,and some can't.

It's only during da first 45 mins and da last 45 mins wen d Sun is of reddish orange color wen UV output is at its lowest not wen bright and blue yellow so shudnt harm d I's. say d I ca do d.
