I & I here no use proccessed sugar but use natural sugar by using fruits & vegetables (e.g. banana instead of table sugar for baking). So I man encourage ones & ones who sight ital livity to stay away from de table sugar. Rather proccess yo own with sugar cane or any other sweet crop @ home & stay away from de junk sold in shops. Dat way ones will be free from Babylon food tricks. Bro Zion Mountain is right.

In Belize they use natural sugar in the soda drinks. In the United States they use high fructose corn syrup to reduce production costs.
