VoodooRuutz! Who would the 'slaves' had been at this time of Exodus? Who could the 'prisoners' possibly be....... Lol. Is it wrong for me to then deduct according to the story that the Hebrews had ran away with a couple Egyptians / Kemetyu with them to beat on? More fire!

ok. god has officially accepted slavery and even strong violence towards them. but this was an era when god has empowered the people that are officially dedicated to him. so they have slaves. i don't know how they were treated in general and while i'm truely convinced that the values of the one who is officially called jesus christ ITSELF are right through and through and i still believe in the man himself i myself don't know what to think of the bible sometimes to be frank. because it is just obvious that it suffers from false translations and things like that in general. but in my feelings, this was just part of this special era and like always it's not really clear. you can have your interpretations of god and his indulgence and why it came to this uttering (he doesn't really promote slavery itself) but i admit, that the acceptance of violence might seem "harsh" and maybe even questionable when it comes to gods values for some people. but that's exactly why yeshua/ jesus has to appear in the end if you follow the bible till the end. jesus brought a revolution. it's idle to discuss those things. as a matter of fact something like that won't be right today. that must be clear. god is god. people are people. god "killed" so many people during the story of the bible.

If you disagree with one line doesn't mean you have to disagree with your perception and understanding of the bible of a whole. These books and this line inparticular has very little to do with CHRIST for example.... But then that's a whole other reasoning! Bless up

but then i have to disagree with god. i don't know. maybe that's why i believe in the message of "jesus" like HIM said and i'm not a jew.

Did God write the Bible? Or did man under the inspiration or possession or spirit of 'God?' Because if it's through man, in any form, then man by law of nature is open to mistake. As are the men responsible for the passage maintainance and delivery of the original script

yes. it's complex. nobody knows. that's why i always try to believe but rethink things. it's dangerous if somebody tries to hide behind the bible without giving it a thought.

As I see it, ALL is an extension of JAH. Each instance of existence is a creation of JAH. The only separation from JAH is in the minds of people influenced by demonic forces. Even evil and demonic forces are creations designed to distinguish between the Holy and unrighteous. Hindu and Hare Krishna cultures call this the illusory energy of the Lord. -- "Krishna's illusory energy: The right conclusion of dovetailing everything in relationship with the Lord is called yoga-mā;;;yā;;;, or the energy of union, and the wrong conception of detaching a thing from its relationship with the Lord is called the Lord's daivī;;; mā;;;yā;;;, or mahā;;;-mā;;;yā;;;. As such, the wrong conception of detaching relationships from the Lord is not false but illusory." -- So yes, JAH did write the Bible and all other religious documents, indirectly through Humanity. Earthly existence is a testing/judgement realm. A one must discern this duality and find JAH in the most pure since. Giving us the Word through HIS mystics to help advance Humanity.

wisdom without god is no wisdom. it's as simple as that. to me, we are barrels filled by jah. there are so many opinions but i think the bible speaks in deed to the conscience. if you do something evil than it will show that other things you've done were different/ better so it lets sin manifest in this world. but sin itself is something we have to avoid. is life a test? i don't know. maybe it's also a tutorial to use your spirit.
