Abandon all cravings and desires of worldly things.

Desire only to be with JAH

Know your self....be still and know

The mind is like a candle in the wind moving to and fro

But when we find shelter from babylon in Jah truth and love our inner light of awareness becomes still as a candle placed in a shelter of a lamp , and the light can then be used to focus on whAtever one wills...Jah will be done. Focus on that.meditate on Jah and Jah only. HIS Thanks and praises.

Strengthen ya mind, in time it will get stronger and stronger like a muscle is the will power of awareness and concentration . They soul becomes stronger also through Rastafari's disciplines on INI

Also as the body and mind become purer and purer through ital livity and holiness, it will become more and more effortless to focus with pure awareness, for a man's inner eye vision only will be as pure as his mind and heart.
