Greetings Idren, I a young rasta and I'd like to know wah is the proper way to use the herb? The way I interpret using the herb is by burning it as a sacrament and reading books that would build I knowledge but when watching a interview of Marley he was saying use it to tink pon Iself. Ini could use some help.
