I need someone to tell me how to keep a strong meditation and focus. I'm a relatively new rasta but have trouble keeping my focus. For example i want to start Ital, and have quit beer and promis myself to stop smoking tobacco but everytime i go out with friends i am still drawn to take a cigarette or two. How to burn these bad habits out and keep a strong meditation under the Most High. I always want to have Jah on my mind. Jah bless, Rasatafari

pratice makes perferct Ihya , keep the Iditation strong ,and be stern with ones self , meaning self disipline. and even sometime, at least for Iman , I had to cut my ties with a lot of "good people" so that they would not lead I in to temtation, seen. step by step to zion I. more love an Haile Selassie guidance
