The same way a black man would. Do not comb your hair nor use conditioner. It might take longer than someone else's because of your slick/fine hair. If you need an idea you can go to the hip forums dreadlocks section of it. There's a lot of good info for Caucasian hair typde.

actually your hair locks faster than a black mans. no lie. I saw a white woman lock her hair on youtube and it was locking up within the week ill see if I can find the vid for you. she just didn't comb it and it naturally locked up.
