Greetings Jhamn. It was in the ital cooking thread. I was given much helpful advice. Went with the aloe treatment and next day, my sore throat was completely gone! And my runny nose got better and better; not even running anymore. Check out the ital cooking thread. It also has a lot of good recipes that are simple to make and delicious! Blessings...
