I have another question. When I wake up in the morning, can I flatten my hair so that I don't have bed head, will that disturb the dread process? Or wet I hair and flatten it

Flatten with what? Dreads are bed head so to speak lol. Pure natural ting Idren. Nuh bodda burn the I hair. The growing of dreads is a path of learning humility. The I won't be "attractive looking" for a while but the I must become humble and learn this humility as a separation from fleshly values. Growing dreads is not a style thing it is a covenant to Jah.

People don't overstand the value of the dread to Rasta or Nazarite if the I grows them to be seen by people then the I is insulting Jah Rasta and Nazarite. It is much more than a "hairstyle".

Dont have to dread to be rasta and dont have to be a A rasta to dread. But, Its not the temple that has power...its the spirit filling it... Its not the cup that has life, but the water in it. So it is with the long haired ones. I and I dont have to do nothing to DREAD BESIDES SURRENDER Who will surrender not just the hair, but the soul to Jah? I ya cant surrender hair to Jahs care , how will you surrender your soul to Jahs care?
