I&I has practised Taekwondo for 8 years aprox. and I have to say it's one of the best ways of keeping your temple fit and strong apart from a good diet, people think that if they know martial arts they'll have to use it and be kicking everybody that disturbs them, but it's not about it, as it's about having the power of defendi yourself and the ones you love but not use it for badminding purposes.
