but when I smoke I get mental clarity like it takes all my problems away, i dont get paranoid or anything else, i know i am not totally stable but also my personality is not developed, if i had a real personality like i do when i smoke, i would be fine, its like i have such a lack of personality it causes me to be frail

yes i would stay away from indica in my opinion if your mentaly unstable because that strain of plant can get you paranoid if you abuse the herb, but if you are mentaly unstable i wouldnt smoke herb, you dont need it to meditate
