bless, i didn't say rastaman stole the herb my dear. the reason for putting (generally) is coz i meant the general people who're in prison who are 'incarcarated' for the herb, maybe they got busted when they were stealing it! i did't mean that rasta is the one who stole it. i should have perhaps put it more clearer..
