INI KNOW THAT RASTA IS IN WITH IN INI BUT INI DO NOT HAVE DREADS DOES IT REALLY MATTER IF INI HAVE LOCKS TO BE RASTA EVEN DOE INI GIVE THANTS TO THE MOST HIGH JAH RASTAFARI EVERY DAY INI WAKE TO A NEW SUN RISE

It depends on what you want to do. If you just want to pray to Jah and live your life as normal, then you don't need locks.

If you want to perform the works that RasTafarI people perform, to rise in the Irits and bring down Fire and Judgement to babylon, to perform the works of the seven seals, then you need dread locks.
