Suggestions for herbal meditations

I am interested in peoples opinion on the most effective meditation while smoking the holy herb, Ganja. I and I believe ganja opens one up to the spirit world, which can be used to get closer to JAH. It also can be used to get closer to bad spirits, but I and I am no satanist. I and I read the scriptures after using the herb.
