is it true that selassie had to leave Ethiopia & go into exile in the united kingdom twice & the last time the queen of england had to re-instate him on his thrown if so i am confused because plenty rastas say selassie is the almighty god who created heaven earth & all that dwell within (upon) etc, what confuses me is why would god the creator who created all living & the universe run from his own creation ? i look forward to hearing a positive explanation peace knowledgeseeker

Praises I'm not sure if I will further antagonise others by answering your question, but His Majesty did live in Jerusalem but mainly in Bath, England during 1936-1941. But England had to maintain their word so HE moved from a place called Princes Gate in London to Bath. Jah never made war with any nation-state but HE conquered wrong and injustice. You asked if the Queen of England re-instated His Majesty, well how can anyone re-instate HIM who needs no affirmation from anyone. He was knighted as Kinght of the Garner when HE returned to visit England in the 1950s. During the time His Majesty was in exile He was still the Lord of Lords, King of Kings. How can anyone reinstate The Almighty Creator?
