Speech against alcohol

Greetings! I've searched this website and many more but I've never managed to find the speech in which His Imperial Majesty comments the use of alcohol. I've found small parts of the speech that I've read but I would really like to read the whole thing. Does anyone have a link to the entire speech?

I was ightsing Proverbs during this passed Sabbath... "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise." Proverbs 20:1 It's pretty simple. If anyone needed to see a relevant scripture... simple wisemind lifestyle (livity) choice. It is plain old folly to be deceived by the illusions of alchohol. And it's no good for the salvation ights InI need to be on right about now.
