Ok from what I believe, there were 3 overall periods of time which is represented in the gesture making a upside down pyramid. These 3 periods are OLD/NEW/SELASSIE Testments. The Selassie Testement (the word itself means testemony) is all the speeches HIM released. These new teachings are to be followed for modern day living, the speeches addresses things like advanced technology(computers) and many other things that are happening today.
