Greetings in the name of Kedemawe Haile Selassie.
Me jus wan know from de Sistrens how a Rastawoman should cover (wear). Me see many of dem Sistrens wearing Ear-rings, short-sleeved tops, part of dem Locks out (in front)... Wahgwan?

A Rastawoman should fully cover, nah wit dem flesh and crown (Locks) seen by dem people. In'I are Queens- dress like Queens an act like Queens.

Respect!

Blessed Love Empress

Iman is no sistren and in no way in any position to speak for any woman, seen. But I personally must say that I cannot overstand fully where many sistren's atitude in dealing clothing comes from. I do not see Empress Menen covering her head all the time and things like that, and still she conducted her life in full african glory biblically. And also HIMself sent women into man's positions in all different parts of the economy, and I am shure they did not always cover their hair and such things. of course everyone shall do as he self feels best. And I always love to sight conscious Rasta sistren covered in respect. But I do not sight where the MUST comes from. Please tell me.

You don't put new wine in old things, seen. There is a time for everything.

Giv thanks unto the MOST HIGH!

I was taught & know dat a woman's head should always be covered
*a symbol of respect
*In'I always ready to giv thanks & praises unto Rastafari (a woman should cover her head in worship)
*to protect In'I Locks
*EAR-Rings: piercing & anyting dat harm In'I temple is not acceptable in the sight of the Most High (even I did utaliz earrings before, but itinue no more fe dis nah good)

Yes I, In'I haf fe nah judge by appearance... but dis de way of In'I livity.

Hmm Sista, you are shure that there does not exist any photo of Empress Menen which shows her wearing ear-rings? Iman not too shure bout that.

Is there anybody else than Paul saying woman must cover her head?

Greetings Nyah and blessed love,

Paul said some other things that are somewhat strange. Like that a man was disgraced by having long hair, of coarse this quote comes directly before the woman wrapping their heads. But due to the fact that Paul never saw Jesus he wouldn't have known that Christ was a locksman. He also says that one who faith is weak eats only vegetables. Is that to say that in order to have a strong faith you must eat meat?

Yes I, there are things that InI do that are different than the Emperor and the Empress as far as physically. InI can say, well HIM didn't have locks... etc. But InI know why InI trad this Iritical livity, ordained by His Majesty. To each their own still.

Sistren, InI just got to keep holding the levels... there are many ones who fight against tall skirts and wraps these days. Let InI just keep focused on self-edification, more humility, more modesty, more Royalty. InI glory in the modest apparel of InI Rastafari wombman livity!

Blessed love rasta far i

Yes i sistren... Know ones self.... Sis menen ini site up the simplicity of the truth in the i words. Righteousness is written upon the hearts of the Rasta....meaning that no need to ask for laws... know ones self. No need to ask for someone elses permission to do what is RIGHT.

Ones can share expereinces to hlep ones to RE-MEMBER what is the truth written up on the heart... and yet at the begining and end of all its right there on the heart.

I cover the head, becuz soeone direted me to. I latere realized that my intention was not RIGHT, Still I cover i head cuz i intention is INI livity.. not u, he, she, me or they... INI Rasta far I

BE free... Rasta is no RELIGION thing no LIFESTYLE thing no ISM no Administration thing.... it is REALITY of Creativity of perfection direction... so embrace the connnection of all Iration in livitation of Life-versity....

LOVE is THE ONLY LAW TO OBEY....

YES I Nefertiti,

Iman agree with the I. It brings a warm feelin in I heart to see a Rastawoman with a headwrap and long skirt, but not bcause dem obey man rules but bcause in its proper setting this is an outward sign of an inner reality. InI will be judged by what is in InI heart not what is on InI head.
If traditional dress code helps one to trod the path of upright livity then use it for what it is for, but if it is seen as a JAH given order and a sin to disobey then Iman tink one must sight deeper into the mystery. If it is used for upliftment this is good, if it is used to judge others or to create strife or mitigate guilt then it is bad.
