Scientific socialism is the African answer to Capitalism. As per Nkrumah. I shall continue to promote his works(the book is a must read)

IP said this: "And what if a person has no money or anything they can trade? In times past this is how people ended up as (debt) slaves or "indentured servants"

This is right and i am certain this still holds true today in different formats maybe through webs of tax and debt interest etc. There are definitely both people and nations in this position in this time

Good reasoning topic people. Spiritual must balance material for InI.

Black heart it brings I joy to see the I digitally again, love and power brethren

Balance is the key. Run any system you want and in time corruption will appear. There's nothing wrong with a monarchy, for example, if the monarch is good and loves the people. But when he dies, then what? What if the son is a sociopath? What if they want more territory and send the people to war in their name?

But with balance, you can take what works in capitalism, what works in communism, what works in socialism, and simply do that. The isolation of these ideas pits them against each other. Each one points fingers at the other while the people inside these systems suffer. The only thing that changes is who does all the suffering. But usually, it is the poor that suffer the most. And there is usually an elite that reaps too much of the benefit.

Just remember Mengesyu and his regime were also Marxist.

Browsing thru Nkrumah I see good intengions. But remember the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Give thanks Idrens, allot of great insights.

Some more questions, on a smaller scale.

As a group (Rastafarians) what is the "best" way to organize ourselves economically in this Iwah?

For example is it desirable to have our own currency, banks or is that a slippery slope.

Or can bartering work amongst IandI to the point where we won't need to use money.

How can we link all the Rasta markets together out there all over the world.

Or should we setup distributed communes.

Ultimately is it possible to free I and I from babylon systems, and how far can we take that?

Blessed love!

Jah is a spirit. Maybe I should start a thread about what that means. But for the purposes of this thread, spirits are like the energy that embodies an idea. So when Jah rules, you are the one who animates that spirit. People often take a lifetime to understand this. But theocracy is not what people need. What people need is to operate under the right spirits: love, peace, and harmony. From there, everything else can flow and the world, while in balance, becomes constructive instead of destructive.

In a destructive state (imbalance) humans will create destructive governments, destructive families, and destructive offspring. They will cause violence and strife. There is no salvation from this without a spiritual change. This is why heaven and hell are always "at hand". We are not waiting for them to come. We are constantly creating them. But we are "lukewarm" meaning that we're trying to create both at the same time and there is a conflict between them. From that conflict comes understanding and growth but also misunderstanding and death.

This is why the type of government doesn't matter quite as much. It's all about energy moving and transforming, becoming everything we see around us.

One hundred years ago Black Wall Street was Flourishing both culturally and financially.... So much so that racist and scornful mobs went in to kill steal and destroy it.

They was doing something right and it is worth studying and learming from moving forward

The average salary in Africa is $758 us dollars a month

https://biz30.timedoctor.com/average-salary-in-africa/

https://www.thehumancapitalhub.com/articles/africas-average-salaries-by-country

The average salary for a Africa American is about 4 times that a month.

Asain Americans make way more on average than anyother demographic/culture. Thwy have a tradition that values studying, learning, and family. Their marriage rates are better as well as the youth having both parents.

For many school and education is not cool. Ganster life and slackness has been glorified from the 90s to today. Culture either values education, work and euntrpenuer perauits or doesnt. Cultures either belives in meritocracy or dont.

Welfare checks and food stamps have many confortably numb.

InI chant every man going get his pay according to the work he has done. No amouunt of injustice ahould stop one from a higher aim and purauing that aim no matter the adversity and setbacks.
