AU African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights compared to UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights

This topic is another one I man interested in reasoning about.

I sight that in 1948 when the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimed, it still didn’t stop colonization from happening.

However after reviewing the AU African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, I man fail to see glaring differences in the two texts.

It even directly mentions the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the preamble and in Article 60.

Any Rastafari wisemind care to point out glaring incompatibilities I man may have overlooked?
