So... let me get this straight.
First Agent H ignores the spike in COVID-19 cases in Lincoln County Oregon. Then agent H tries to use a story about an exemption for black people wearing masks is somehow connected to BLM and calls the riots "BLM riots". Time and time again, "in VIDEO", as agent H says, BLM protesters capture whites committing crimes to show that its not BLM. But no, still, agent H has to call them BLM riots and say that they are "black racists" because that's what agent H was told.
Unfortunately, very few people on this site have the patience to try to explain racism to agent H so that he can comprehend the risks related to being black in America and how those risks might be compounded if black people are forced to wear masks in public settings. At no time did they say the risk of transmission is lower for black people. At no time did they say black people SHOULD go out in public without wearing a mask. An exemption doesn't mean they can't or shouldn't. It means they don't have to. Guess who else doesn't have to. Me. Masks are not mandatory where I live. I can therefore choose when and where to wear a mask. I can drop my mask below my nose in a store and move it up when I start getting close to someone.
You're white. We get it. You don't have to constantly remind us. But just like you aren't scared of COVID because you think its some kind of hoax (that's killed over 120,000) there are black people who feel like the threat has been way overblown too, but in THEIR CASE, BECAUSE THEY ARE BLACK, they have a GREATER fear of cops than COVID-19. They feel a more immediate threat. And if they're young and healthy the chances of beating the virus is good. The chances of beating 3 bullets... not so good. So I'm glad that they let it be THEIR CHOICE. But yes, congratulations on being white. Must be nice.
