It's kind of weird, Hemphill, you're hip to all kinds of other real conspiratorial activity going on in the world and yet you turn a complete blind eye to the the US destruction of Venezuela's economy and political freedom & deny it despite the raft of evidence that's right out in plain sight to substantiate it. Why is that? Just pure ideology?

Here.. Let me do the research for you.

Maduro said “Venezuela isn’t going to allow a false show of humanitarian aid, because we’re not beggars.” -- An admission of purposefully blocking the aid, which I already posted...

The Venezuelan military, which has remained loyal to embattled President Nicolas Maduro, has moved to block humanitarian aid coming across the border from neighboring Colombia.

A bridge at a key border crossing was blocked by the Venezuelan military, according to comments made by Colombian officials on Wednesday, the Associated Press reported. Two cargo trailers, makeshift fencing and a fuel tanker were set up to close down the bridge near the Colombian town of Cucuta.

“It’s a means of intimidation, but I don’t think it will accomplish anything,” Alba Pereira of the nonprofit Entre Dos Tierras (Between Two Lands), told AP. “It’s convenient for them to let the country continue enduring this absurd crisis.”

Maduro, who faces mounting international and local opposition to step aside and allow for new elections, addressed the military earlier this week, saying: “We are not beggars.” He also insisted that there is not a humanitarian crisis in the South American country.

But inflation has surged dramatically in the country over the past year. Venezuela’s opposition-controlled legislature, the National Assembly, has estimated that inflation soared beyond 1.3 million percent last year. Millions of Venezuelans have fled the country as refugees to nearby countries due to the economic crisis, as crime rates have spiked and corruption has remained rampant.

1.3 MILLION % inflation from the socailist dictator in 1 YEAR and y'all blame it on Trump... Go figure.

Yes, yes, I hear all that, but why do you blow off twenty years of highly effective economic warfare by the U.S. as if it has had no effect? Even the special UN rapporteur sent to investigate the situation in Venezuela called out the economic warfare by the US as the major cause of the economic problems and shortages there.

So I ask you again: Why do you turn a complete blind eye to the the US destruction of Venezuela's economy & deny it despite the raft of evidence that's right out in plain sight to substantiate it ? Does it just bother you ideologically to accept that the U.S. is trying to "regime change" another country (for the sake of oil resourced control among other things) based upon economic hardships that the U.S. itself deliberately created?

The people of Venezuela want a regime change. Maduro election was fraudulent and he with 30 cohorts are keeping freedom and prosperity from 30 milion people. The last 5 years Venezuela's economy has inflated out of control. A million percent.. That has absoluetly nothing to do with USA sanctions. That is 100% on the socaist dictator Maduro and his policies..

An argument could be made that puppet controllers set Maduro in place to run the country into the ground with socialism, but to say that Maduro and socialism would be prosperous in Venezuela if it wasnt for 'USA economic warfare' is disingenuous and plain incorrect.

I stand by what I have already posted on the subject. Information compiled BY A VENEZUELAN REPORTER that y'all wrote off as 'Langley propaganda'.

Okay, so it's ideological cognitive dissonance for you to acknowledge the real situation because you can't accept the viability of socialism form of government when given a fair chance to operate without outside interference. That's all I needed to know. Thanks for answering if if it was kind of a round about way of doing it.

(BTW, newsflash: The CIA own reporters all over the world. They speak all different languages, have all different nationalities and write for different press in all different countries. Maduro has not shut down critical press in Venezuela (odd oversight for a "dictator") which is why the CIA can hire reporters there. The power of your & my tax dollars at work. Buying a journalist just ain't that hard.)

"Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, founder of the Carter Center, said: 'Of the 92 elections that we've monitored, I would say that the election process in Venezuela is the best in the world.' " That includes the one held in May 2018. Gee, it never occurred to you, Hemp, the the US declares every election where its candidate can't win "rigged"? The opposition knew it couldn't win democratically so it followed Washington's ordered and boycotted the elections. If you choose not to participate you can't complain about the results not being fair.

Socialism is not a viable form of governance. It is evil, thievery, and death. This has been proven to be true with every single attempt at implementation. At least you admit your unwavering support of this devilishness

Here is another example of socailism at work.. Jee, I wonder why MORE AND MORE AND MORE examples keep coming out proving me 100% right.. Hmmmm

But Nesta1 doesnt call this a crisis..

Footage of People Eating Out of Garbage Truck Prompted Venezuelan Dictator to Detain Journalists

Univision reporter Jorge Ramos was detained Monday at the Venezuelan presidential palace after reportedly showing dictator Nicolas Maduro a video of his people eating from a garbage truck.

The footage was released by one of Ramos’ associates Monday, and shows three Venezuelan men picking food out of the back of the truck before it drives off.

“These are the images that Jorge Ramos showed to Nicolás Maduro and provoked him to get up from the interview,” Ramos’ peer Enrique Acevedo tweeted in Spanish. “This is what Maduro doesn’t want the world to see.”

Ramos says he had been questioning Maduro for roughly 17 minutes about the current state of affairs in the country where hyperinflation and failed socialist policies have driven its people to starvation.

“He didn’t like the things we were asking him about the lack of democracy in Venezuela, about torture, political prisoners, the humanitarian crisis that they were living,” Ramos later told Univision after being released.

Ramos says he next presented Maduro the startling footage, at which point a man walked in and stopped the interview.

“Immediately after, one of his ministers, Jorge Rodríguez, came to tell us that the interview was not authorized,” Ramos said.

Ramos’ equipment was allegedly confiscated and his team detained and questioned for over two hours.

A Mexican government official called on Venezuela to release the journalists and return their equipment, saying, “Our country calls for respect for freedom of expression.”

White House Assistant Secretary Kimberly Breier also condemned Maduro’s actions and called for the Univision team to be released.

@WHAAsstSecty
.@StateDept has received word the journalist @jorgeramosnews and his team are being held against their will at Miraflores Palace by Nicolas Maduro. We insist on their immediate release; the world is watching. #Venezuela

Maduro has struggled to maintain power in the wake of the United States’ and other countries’ declaration they recognize Juan Guaido as the nation’s true president.

Meanwhile, Guaido says he plans to return to Caracas this week from Colombia, where he traveled to provide humanitarian aid, in defiance of a Venezuelan Supreme Court order prohibiting him from leaving Venezuela.

Maduro told ABC News this week he will leave it to the justice system to hold Guaido accountable.

Hemphill,

The video I posted on the last page debunks the information you posted in response to my question. Did you watch it?

You had said that Maduro admitted to burning the vehicles. I did research into that and I found nothing adout him admitting that; and neither have you.

Nesta1 has made good points, but you don't listen Hemphill, you just make a mockery of the truth...

Ask yourself Hemphill: if the USA was for giving humanitarian aid to Venezuela, why not lift the sanctions that the USA has illegally put on Venezuela?

You can watch the video that I posted on the last page, from Blackstone Intellignece, and find out what is really going on, or you can keep watching and believing your false propaganda.

Will you keep spreading false propaganda about Maduro and Venezuela...

Are you for truth?
Or are you for the lies?

You are the one spreading falseness.

You say there is no crisis in Venezuela.

You have proven from the onset of this thread to post fake news again and again.

No surprise.

Meanwhile, I post info gathered by Venezuelans living under dictator Maduro. Ask yourself.. Why do I support a dictator that was elected fraudulently and has purposefully destroyed Venezuela and arrests journalists who report on the crisis?

Keep posting your fake news to paint Trump and USA as the cause of all evil in the world.. Shoot, I should start calling you Jussie Smollett; you cut from the same fake news cloth

The USA has created a crisis. It's what they do. They do it all over the world. You deny it. My family has lived through it. They did the same thing to Chile back in the 70's. The USA/CIA tried to starve Chile for 3 years, bring down it's prosperous economy, blame it on Allende (a democratically elected leader), claim that it was due to socialism, and then they supported the Pinochet coup. Pinochet was a cruel dictator. Tens of thousands of people were murdered, kidnapped, disappeared. Now the USA is doing the same thing to Venezuela.

It's what the USA has done for a long time, what it has always done and is doing now, it's nothing new. Have you forgotten how the USA was founded?

May Jah give you the real eyes, to realize, the real lies that you are beimy told.
