I found an account of Haile Selassie's diet written by his personal cook who served H.I.M for many years.

He did not change his mind, what was then, is now.

So it started with natural food law

Then Genesis 9 he say all living things can eat JUST THE SAME as green herbs

Then Leviticus and Deuteronomy he gone from Eloheim to Yhwh and claim natural food law but with SOME allowance for flesh

AND THEN

CHRST come along and allows for all food once more in Mark 7

14 Again Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen to me, everyone, and understand this. 15 Nothing outside a person can defile them by going into them. Rather, it is what comes out of a person that defiles them.”
17 After he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about this parable. 18 “Are you so dull?” he asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? 19 For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.”

God(/s) of confusion

And you think you have the right to judge how other people eat?

Check the context of that speech.

Christ was not talking about clean or unclean food. He was speaking concerning his servants, about their action of eating without washing their hands first, with unwashed hands, which the pharisees considered unethical and unclean.

Then in the NT God instucts you to eat anything on offer and instucts Peter to kill and eat including fowl

Luke 8

8 “When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is offered to you.

Peter’s Vision
9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. 11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. 13 Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”

14 “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”

15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”

16 This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.

1 Timothy 4New International Version (NIV)

4 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. 2 Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. 3 They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. 4 For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5 because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.

ROMANS 14 Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.

What a flip flop

YOU CANNOT JUDGE THE DIET OF OTHERS BASED ON YOUR INTERPRETATION OF A BIBLE THAT CONTRADICTS ITS DIETARY LAWS OVER AND OVER AND OVER

Again, check the context of that vision. God was referring to the gentiles, whom the disciples of Christ considered uncircumscised, therefore living unclean lives and eating unclean meats, thus unworthy of christ and his gospel.
But YAH'UH made it clear by this vision, that his gospel was for all people of all nations. and not for The Hebrews alone.

1 Timothy 1611 authorised kjv.

{4:1} Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter
times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to
seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; {4:2} Speaking lies
in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
{4:3} Forbidding to marry, [and commanding] to abstain
from meats, which God hath created to be received with
thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
{4:4} For every creature of God [is] good, and nothing to be
refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: {4:5} For it is
sanctified by the word of God and prayer. {4:6} If thou put
the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a
good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of
faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
{4:7} But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise
thyself [rather] unto godliness. {4:8} For bodily exercise
profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things,
having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is
to come. {4:9} This [is] a faithful saying and worthy of all
acceptation. {4:10} For therefore we both labour and suffer
reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the
Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

Besides, that is just Saul's opinion.
