Any of the Idem read the Gospel of Thomas?
In it they got a verse where the deciples ask Jesus should they go when he leaves his answer is
"that where ever you are you should go to James for who's sake heaven and earth came to be"
Why is bible based concepts so centered on Paul?
Bless

The Gospel of Thomas is a good example of a Gnostic gospel. Early Christianity had a very wide range of views on many subjects, especially the nature of Christ (Man or Divine? Both Man and Divine?)
The "Bible" as is and especially the New Testament is a result of the victory of the proto-Orthodox/Orthodox viewpoints that outlawed the gnostic gospels and consolidated the "Canon" at various Councils (Council of Chalcedon, Council of Nicea).
