I have recently been thinking about writing a cookbook and would like to gather some different ideas. What are some of you favorite dishes?

Ightes!

I like to have a good meditation with som clean Ital food. So my absolute favourite up to now is the Banana cake from Margaret Ebanks Ital cookbook.
When I give Ises, smoke some herb and Iditate... I prefer to have some of this selfmade cake and clean water by my side... for the perfect Iditation Iyah!
The ingredients are: Brown flour, maize flour, brown sugar, some bananas, coco(or other Ital)butter/fat... that's all I think(sorry, my cooking-vocabulary isn't really good in english!)
