Iman also say livity is a must. I and I read in scripture that faith without works is death. The scriptures teach Ones how to be righteous. Yeshua taught about righteousness, this is the livity, to be righteous in your thoughts and actions. Yeshua was tortured for His teachings and it is by living the righteous teachings that our sins will be forgiven. Jah forgives the wicked when they turn to righteousness and Jah punish the righteous who turn to wickedness. This is why Yeshua taught Ones to live righteously, so that through righteousness our sins could be forgiven and I and I can come to be One with Jah.
I get upset when people claim that if they sin, they ask for forgivness and then they can go on sinning, as long as they ask for forgivness after they commit the sin. What is in their hearts? Look at what Yeshua went through to give them His teachings and they make a mockery of it by doing what they please and then calling on His name to forgive them. Jah know their hearts and Jah know they ain't truly repenting, they not really wanting forgiveness cause they gunna sin the same sin again and again! If them truly were wanting forgiveness they would stop with their continual sinning.
