Bless my Lord. It is de word"stupid" dat de I use to refere to a spiritual concept yu don't know, I man burn. Once yu enlighted then yu will know yu have to eliminate de word "stupid" from yo vocab when ever yu referin to somebody or his/her spirituality. One thing I have noticed is dat people who like to use dis word most of de time referin to others are generaly arrogant people who looks down pon those dem a discribe & dem tend to even like to exploit those dem regard to be stupid. My Lord! I give thanks fo de humblestanding. It is de I right to dicide whether to embrace or not embrace any concept widin or outside de concepts of an Iritical trod. If de I feels yoga is not de I culture & not de I thing, then its irie fo de I if de I feels Ilahful dat way. I man raspect dat still. Yes John I agree w I JAH BlackHeart that it is truly your choice, just as it is mine, whether or not to study any thing, yoga included.

I think it is interesting tho that there is some misconception about "sitting and doing nothing"...

And another misconception about ganJAH being incompatible with Yoga...

These ancient dreadlocked yogis, Sadhus, would disagree (and so does my daily yoga practice, which is never absent of de chalice). In fact even your own statements that ancient Ethiopians using chalice confirms what I&I&I already know, that the ancestors were using both yogic practices and Kanabashem to reach Iyer Ites. So why have you tried to seperate what the ancient ones join together?

All these things said, it is still a personal choice what a person wants to close or open their I's to.

On de topic of separ8ing de 2 practices, de concept of de 2 (herb & yoga) bng 1 is new to Iman. I have always known burning herb to be a practice on its own, and yoga a diffrnt thing, but I now I realize I know nothing
