When did he say that? What information was available at the time?

Are we to believe the statements of a man some 40 years ago are not liable to change? This the same man who said Change is the law of life/nature

I n I are not bound by the words of any man as though they are Unchangeable unquestionable religious dogma. Unlike HIM I n I are no orthodox CHRISTIAN. I and I say HAILE Selassie I the First black african sovereign supreme, I n I say Haile SELASSIE is I. I n I reject every part of that which is now known to be a system of white supremacy. Re: black and white: ?semantics, we could easily replace with European ancestry / none euro ancestry or African. HIM had no problem identifying with race where needed:

Notice your last couple speeches were addressing the UN ie on the International diplomat format. Whereas my speeches are addressing Africans. Where the supreme removal of foreign domination and control is priority. I can overs that
