Perhaps Ethiopian stores might sell some teff but I think it is quite exclusive to Ethiopia, Somalia and Eritrea since people use it for fresh Injera in those countries.

Iwombman have found Teff grain in stores like Jimbo's, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and smaller health food stores. Usually in bulk sections or in the dry rice aisle of the store.
