Gout either calcium or uric acid based. Uric acid comes from consuming things high in purine such as too much alcohol, meat and even chocolate. Avoid drinking fruit juices by all means (liquid gout). By being black and undergoing 400 years of the trans genetic effects of slavery..... That alone has made InI population prone to gout.

Exercise is an important method of prevention. Typically gout affects more people who are overweight.

Eating lots of regular cherries and berries is good (not juice but the real thing). They have lots of antioxidants and enzymes that can help prevent/cure/reduce the symptoms

If you have an acute attack you really want some strong painkillers. Anti inflammatorys if possible. The natural anti inflammatory would be willow bark tea mixed with the leaves. But I don't know how accessible this is. For maintenance therapy whereby you don't have an acute attack but you've had it before and don't want it to come again then you really need to consider something which will keep your uric acid levels low. From the pharmacy this is called allopurinol. Although this is for people who have had multiple recurring episodes as this would have to be taken forever as well as being pharmaceutixal and hence a last resort

Bless up.

i don't know where all the allergies are coming from. i never had to deal with it as a youth. and i'm sure it wasn't always like that. within the last couple of years more and more people develop certain allergies. it's obvious that our immune system hasn't that much work to do in europe or america so it will fight certain things to "train". that's where allergies come from locally but i don't know if this is a result of all the chemicals we have to deal with nowadays.

so people. is there anything (natural?!) you can do against hay fever? i'm sick and tired of chemicals and i don't have a clue what to do to make my situation a little bit more comfortable during the summer days. maybe it's really a shame that i have to avoid sitting on the lawn and natural things like that.

I have been taking Reishi for 2 months now and have noticed a difference in my perception of the world already/consciousness

Unlike entheogens, which you may eat to produce a vision of higher reality, Reishi supports spiritual growth, and is known in Chinese medicine to be the most powerful at doing so. It's name in Chinese "Lingzhi" translates as "herb of spiritual potency"

Definitely recommend Reishi for spiritual purposes.

All the best,

Joe

ok. the german word for it sound really funny. its called "glänzender lackporling". i think there is no translation for it. its just the name.

i dont know nothing about it. but even if we use natural sources we have to be careful about the way we are using them.

i try to get nettles but i really dont know where to search. they dont sell nettles in regular shops and i dont know if i should just take some from the garden or somewhere else. i mean you never know who how clean them are...or what or who had peed on them, you know lol

all i see is nettle poweder and things like that. i think it should be used just like spinach to be helpful but i don't know? dou you think this products like that or even teas are helpful too?
